Andy Dale, FCBank President, recently announced the promotion of Donna Conley to Vice President, Commercial Banking/Community Office Manager, and Becca Hord as Community Office Assistant Manager at the Bank’s office located at 105 Washington Square in Bucyrus. 
In these positions, Ms. Conley and Ms. Hord’s primary responsibilities are to develop and manage customer relationships and be responsible for the ongoing customer experience at the Bucyrus North office.
“Donna and Becca are proven leaders in the community and have demonstrated an excellence in customer service,” said Mr. Dale.  “Along with their banking knowledge, customers trust and respect them with their financial matters, which is the ultimate goal of the Bank.”
Donna ConleyMs. Conley is a graduate of Buckeye Central High School and also a graduate of The Ohio State University where she received her B.S. in Animal Science and a minor in Agribusiness.  Donna began her banking career in 2000 as a teller and joined FCBank in October 2008.  In her seventeen years of banking she has expanded her knowledge and gained experience in retail lending, commercial lending and agricultural lending. 
The Tiro native currently resides in Crestline with her sons, Landon and Finn.  She is a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church and volunteers her time by serving on the Rotary Club of Bucyrus, Bucyrus Chamber of Commerce, Richland Area Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Hord began her career at FCBank in September 2015 as a Universal Associate.  A native of Tabernacle, New Jersey, Becca is a 2011 graduate of Seneca High School and a 2015 graduate of Cedarville University where she received her B.S. in Business Marketing. 
Becca currently resides in Bucyrus with her husband, Phil, and golden retriever, Marshall.  She volunteers her time as a Rotarian for Bucyrus, Voice of Hope Pregnancy Center, and the Bucyrus City Schools backpack program.
