Andy Dale, President of FCBank, recently announced the appointment of John G. Hock, as Vice President of Commercial Lending. In this position, Mr. Hock will focus on developing commercial lending opportunities in the Lancaster, Ohio region, a new market for FCBank.
“John has 25 years of experience in commercial lending in Fairfield County,” Mr. Dale said. “His depth of knowledge and familiarity with the area makes him the perfect candidate to head up our expansion in this region.”
FCBank targeted Lancaster for its latest expansion based on the region’s economic composition and present financial service needs. Mr. Dale is confident that FCBank will distinguish itself in the market with the local decision-making and exceptional level of service the community bank is known for. Mr. Hock’s newly opened office is located at 420 East Main Street in Lancaster.
A native of Ironton, John graduated from Ironton St. Joseph High School in 1982 before earning his B.S. in Business Management from The Ohio State University in 1987. In 1992, he earned his Masters of Business Administration from the same University.
John has over 34 years of banking experience and most recently served as Regional Lending Manager at another local financial institution. He currently resides in Lancaster with his wife, Kristin. John volunteers his time as a member of the Charity Newsies and is past President of the Fairfield County Board of Developmental Disabilities.
